Historian Marjan Wardaki’s current book project examines the Afghan and Indian scientists who forged international alliances in interwar Germany, opening new possibilities for science and anticolonial resistance.
The humanities center welcomes Karl Nycklemoe to a two-year postdoctoral fellowship. His current project focuses on Indigenous and U.S. law regarding waterways in the Upper Mississippi watershed from the 17th through 19th centuries.
